About the Artist

Marmo Nero is a luxury art studio in Tel Aviv creating large scale handcrafted dice mosaics. Each piece is engineered with precision, assembled dice by dice, and finished with a marble inspired frame.

Studio

Marmo Nero was founded with a simple idea: fine art can be constructed with the same precision and discipline as engineering. The studio focuses on one clear specialty, large statement pieces that anchor living rooms, penthouses, lobbies, and corporate spaces.

The Artist

I am Shlomi Cohen, an engineer by training and an artist by choice. After more than a decade working in technology, I wanted to create a language where structure becomes emotion. The result is artwork that feels both minimal and powerful.

Philosophy

Thousands of dices, one calm composition. Every work is planned digitally, then assembled by hand with attention to balance, light, and texture. The goal is simple, to create a piece that holds the room without shouting.

Craft

From the first sketch to the final installation, each piece passes through a precise process of design, color mapping, manual placement, and a museum grade finish. This is not printed art. It is constructed art.

Works are created in Tel Aviv and shipped worldwide for private collectors, designers, and companies.
